Shipping Destination

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. We currently ship to eligible countries within the European Union. 

Delivery location: Orders are delivered directly to the customer's address provided during checkout.

Shipping cost

We offer free shipping on order of 40€ or more. For orders under €40, shipping costs vary depending on the delivery country:

*Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia.

You can use our shipping rate calculator during checkout to view the exact shipping cost applicable to your delivery address before completing your payment. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery Partners

Our delivery partners are DPD, GLS, FedEx, Poczta Polska, Mondial Relay, Portugal Post, Deutsche Post.

Order Fulfillment

Depending on the product, availability and destination, orders may be fulfilled either from Bee Shopi's own warehouse or through one of our trusted European suppliers and fulfillment partners. When a product is fulfilled through a supplier or fulfillment partner, it may be dispatched directly from that partner's European facility. This may also mean that items from the same order can be shipped separately or arrive in separate packages. Regardless of the fulfillment location, Bee Shopi remains the seller and your point of contact for your order. We are responsible for customer service, order support, returns and refunds in accordance with our policies.

Customs

We ship within the European Union. No additional customs duties or import fees apply to orders delivered within the EU.

Delivery time

Order Processing Time:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

Our standard order handling time is 0–1 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

If an order is placed before our daily processing cutoff time (2:00 PM), it may be processed and prepared for shipment on the same business day.

Transit Time:

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, the estimated transit time is 2–6 business days, depending on the destination.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Taking both order handling and transit time into account, the estimated total delivery time is: 2–7 business days

Order Tracking Information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can use the tracking number provided to follow the progress of your shipment. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
