1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return: Items can be returned within 15 days of the purchase date.

Condition of the Item: The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Any item that is damaged or altered will not be eligible for a return.

Non-returnable Items: Certain items such as gift cards.
- Order cancellation: All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
To initiate a return:

Please email our customer support team at support@beeshopi.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Or enter your Bee Shopi Account and submit your RMA request

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.
2. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If your return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please contact us at support@beeshopi.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at support@beeshopi.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

We will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund depending on the circumstances.
5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before the refund appears on your statement.
